SAM-e (S-adenosylmethionine)

  • This is another relatively newly discovered natural remedy compound. It does occur naturally in the body, where it helps to control mood.
  • Again, this is most commonly used as a natural remedy for depression, but is thought to be effective for Fibromyalgia muscle and joint pain relief. (It is quite commonly used by arthritis sufferers too for their joint pain symptoms.) It may be useful to try if you suffer from depression with your Fibromyalgia.

White Willow Bark

  • Willow is a traditional natural remedy that has been used to ease pain for thousands of years.

Cayenne Cream

  • Try commercial creams that contain capsaicin - the natural substance from cayenne peppers.
