Magnets are one of the best forms of alternative pain relief - find out all about magnets for health, here and find out how healing magnets work, here.

The most effective magnets for pain relief are those in big hospitals with an electrical ’pulsed’ signal.

Of course, these aren’t always overly practical for use at home… although they can be purchased - I'll come to that later...

It is more practical, but still very effective, to put magnets for pain relief in products that you can wear (unobtrusively!) all the time – like a magnetic therapy bracelet, or healing magnets in special belts, buttons, wraps, straps and pads.

I do actually find them to be one of the most effective holistic pain relief treatments I have tried, and everyone has noticed how much I have improved since I started wearing them.

• Of course, it is not just M.E. that could see the benefit of these magnets for pain relief.
• Try magnets for pain relief for:
  • any kind of joint or muscle pain
  • general tiredness and ill health
  • all arthritis and rheumatism conditions

• Magnets can also be used on necklaces, rings, anklets etc. Which one you choose does, in part, depend on where any aches and pains are, but magnets do act on the whole of your body, so you may just wish to choose the one you would like to wear most often.
• These days there is no need to wear something ugly. Most of these bracelets, necklaces and rings are actually attractive items of jewellery in their own right, that no-one would ever suspect of being 'medical'.

Buttons, Pads, Supports and Belts etc

• Magnets are useful as:
  • magnetic pain relief buttons
  • magnetic pain relief belts
  • magnetic pain relief supports for knee, elbow, wrist, ankle, back etc.
  • magnetic pain relief pads
• These are very useful for topical pain relief - you can just attach them near to a painful joint, shoulder, back, neck etc.
• The supports look like the usual supports for injuries, but do have the added advantage of being filled with magnets for your health - for aches, pains, strains, injuries etc.
• The small pads, magnets and buttons are very discreet, and can be attached anywhere on the body, usually with a plaster, or a bit of surgical tape.

Magnets for Pain Relief While You Sleep

• Another really good way of getting the benefit of magnets for pain relief is to do it while you sleep.
• Not only can this help with any aches, pains and other health problems you have been having, but it can also help you with any insomnia or other sleep related problems.
• The magnetic products come in a pillow and a mattress overlay, that you use just like any other mattress cover or pillow.
• I haven't tried one of these yet, but they seem to get such good reviews that I am sorely tempted. They do look lovely and soft, as well...

Magnetism for Pets

• Pets too can get the benefits of magnetism while they sleep. The pet mats are very handy magnetic health boosts and can be used in your pet’s bed…
• They are also dog collars available. A neighbour's dog retired from working in the prison service as he was getting a bit old and slow. They tried him in a magnetic dog collar on my recommendation, and soon were telling me he had got a "new lease of life"!

  There is absolutely no reason why pets too, can’t feel the benefit of magnetic pain relief and healing magnets…







Now my cat Brian is getting older, he needs a little magnetic help with his aches and pains...

Water Treatment Magnets

• For added health benefits, you can use water treatment magnets.
• Drinking magnetically treated water is thought to be really good for your health – especially for any kind of digestive problem.
• To be honest, I was sold after I tasted a glass of my own tap water, compared to a glass of magnetically conditioned water.

• I have always had problems with drinking plain tap water…
• Apparently, the reason that people quite literally have trouble ‘stomaching’ tap water, is that it is so full of chemicals it tastes nasty, and the body ‘rejects’ it.
• I learned this fact quite early on in my illness, and first tried buying a water filter which attached to the tap ….. This was expensive, messy (it kept squirting off and soaking the kitchen) and only lasted a few months before I had to buy a replacement filter (which cost nearly as much as the thing in the first place!)
• I then turned to mineral water - but this was costly too. I was making constant trips to the supermarket and my recycling bin was chock-full of plastic bottles!
• I was using filter jugs, which still made the water taste a little strange, when I came across water treatment magnets…




• These come in 2 types:
  • water treatment wands which you can use to stir your water
  • water treatment magnets in a coaster or pad style, to keep a jug of water constantly magnetised and conditioned
• I sit my old filter jug (without the filter, of course) on a magnetic pad, and within a few minutes I can have water that:
  • tastes nice
  • rehydrates my body properly
  • does me good
  • stays fresh

Medical Pulsed Magnets for Use at Home

• Medical pulsed magnets are used widely in hospitals all over the world. But they are not normally available for use at home. This one is...

• Healing magnets are thought to be safe to be used by pregnant women, although avoiding magnets is usually advised, as a precaution.
