Piles can be painful and embarrassing! Discover an effective hemorrhoids natural remedy, you can use at home....
Hemorrhoids (commonly called ‘piles’) are actually very common – although they do seem to be so embarrassing, that no-one ever wants to admit to them….!I do have to admit that I have actually suffered from piles in the past – as a direct result of my eating habits, I think, and perhaps my job, where I was standing all day. (And yes, I am a little embarrassed about having to admit this – it’s not exactly ‘cool’ is it?) Hemorrhoids are much more common that you might think…
Symptoms
- Hemorrhoids are caused by swollen veins, inside or outside the bottom.
- Symptoms of hemorrhoids (or piles) are:
- pain
- itching
- bleeding
- round protrusions – coming out as round, purplish lumps
- I’ll say it again – these really are very common and don’t usually cause any serious problems.
- You should get checked out by your doctor, though, if your hemorrhoids persist, as they can occasionally be caused by more serious conditions.
- Piles can quite easily be treated, with a simple, natural remedy for hemorrhoids. It is most important to look at the possible causes for your hemorrhoid problems, for a long lasting cure for your piles.
Always remember to consult your healthcare provider before taking any decisions regarding your health.
Causes
- Piles are most common in people aged over 50.
- They can equally occur in younger people - especially if you are:
- pregnant
- over weight
- have a genetic pre-disposition towards this condition
- Piles can also be caused by:
- sitting or standing for long periods of time
- heavy lifting
- straining to go to the toilet
- constipation
- lack of fiber in the diet
- The most effective natural remedy for hemorrhoids is to try to address any possible causes.
- Although very effective, this is quite a long term measure, so there is a natural remedy for hemorrhoids that is faster acting too. You can get more immediate, soothing relief from piles, with natural health remedies…
Problems with Conventional Hemorrhoid Treatments
- Conventional, topical drugs and creams can actually be very effective in treating piles – in the short term.
- Creams can cause the skin to thin and become delicate and damaged, though, so leading to further problems.
- Conventional creams are also likely to cause allergic reactions and skin rashes.
- A hemorrhoids natural remedy can help address the underlying factors that cause piles, as well as bringing pain relief, and soothing the itching and swelling.
- Herbal and natural health remedies help counteract inflammation and stop bleeding.
- They help to tone and strengthen the blood vessels, so giving a longer lasting cure. They can even help stop constipation, which is one of the main causes of hemorrhoids.
